Your Privacy Rights

At Neurosurgery Consultants, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

As a patient, you have the right to:

  • Request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures of your health information
  • Receive confidential communications of your health information
  • Inspect and obtain a copy of your health information
  • Request an amendment to your health information
  • Receive an accounting of disclosures of your health information
  • Obtain a paper copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices

Financial Responsibilities

We are committed to providing you with the best possible care. Understanding your financial responsibilities helps ensure a smooth experience.

Insurance & Copays

Copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept most major insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card to every visit.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Self-Pay Patients

If you do not have insurance, payment is expected at the time of service. Please contact our billing department to discuss payment arrangements if needed.

Appointment & No-Show Policy

We understand that scheduling conflicts arise. However, missed appointments prevent other patients from receiving timely care.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
  • Patients who fail to show for their appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee
  • Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice
